Mermafied is the first merfolk club on DA. Getting bored of the typical 'fairytale mermaid'? Mermafied is the solution, and a whole lot more: This specialized merfolk community has more of a sci-fi or practical approach to creating merpeople. It is dedicated entirely to what is often called non-traditional or exotic merfolk, and provides an interesting alternative way to think of the traditional view.
THIS IS NOT A CLUB FOR TYPICAL FAIRYTALE TRANSPLANT MERMAIDS.
Submissions featuring 'traditional' mers will be rejected.
Please read our rules and before sending notes or deviations to us.
To make a long story short, members of this club look into marine sciences, anatomy, and functional design in addition to aesthetics and fantasy to create their artwork, which sums up the point of this community.
